FIELD TRIP FORMS
Our school is always excited to take students on various opportunities
outside of the school. Any time we take students on outings, events or
do special activities, we are required to have parental consent. Please
help us by getting these forms filled out and completed on time. Our
office staff is always available to help out. Our school has a policy that
forms needs to be done the day prior to the event.
We do not accept any on the morning/day of the field trip. Which means,
you will not be able to fill out the form on the day of the event. We will
make alternative arrangements for their learning. Please help us make sure
that no one misses out. Thank you.

FAMILY FUN NIGHT
We are excited to be hosting a Family Wellness Night on Thursday,November 7th. This night will be from 5:30-7:00 pm, here at Bellevue. This is going to be a really great night. The focus will be wellness and family fun. Families will meet here at 5:30 pm and we will all sit down and have something to eat. We are then going to participate in a variety of activities together. The activities will focus on fun, building family connections and wellness. Children and parents will develop skills in regulation and resiliency through different activities. It will also be an excellent opportunity for you to meet other families in our community.
